1. Refund eligibility and processing

The temporary $1 card verification charge, including applicable tax, is refunded automatically. You do not need to cancel or request a refund. This refund does not end your free trial.

BackgroundBlog is the seller and decides refunds under mandatory consumer law and this policy. Our Terms and Conditions govern use of BackgroundBlog.

2. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights to withdraw from a purchase or obtain a remedy for a defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming service.

3. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in any of these ways:

4. Cancellation and access after a refund

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals after the cancellation takes effect. It is not itself a refund request. If a refund for paid service is issued, access to the subscription or Service covered by that refund may end.
